This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, and an electric kettle. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfortable time! I’m coming back for Christmas.

Staying at 69TheGrove felt like home. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, especially the made-to-order options that included fresh fruit. The hosts, Kanley and David, were wonderful, accommodating our needs, including gluten-free options. My room was clean, well-stocked with tea and coffee, and decorated nicely. The proximity to Vauxhall station made getting around easy, a real plus. I did encounter some noise from neighboring rooms that detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere at times. communication prior to check-in needed improvement. I struggled to get responses when trying to confirm details about our arrival. Despite these minor inconveniences, the welcoming ambiance and attentive service made my stay comforting.

i really enjoyed my stay at 69thegrove bed & breakfast. it’s on a quiet road just a three-minute walk from the vauxhall overground and underground stations. A bus stop nearby. the breakfast had a good english option, and the cleanliness was impressive. the hosts were super welcoming and attentive.
